Championing Wellness at Scotland’s Premier Summit for Ethnic Minority Women
This year, Free 2 Rest had the incredible opportunity to be part of the Adelphe Thrive Summit — Scotland’s leading event dedicated to empowering ethnic minority women in their careers and businesses.
As an exhibitor, we shared our vision for culturally sensitive mental wellness, sparking conversations about why rest, self-care, and community healing are vital for women navigating ambitious career paths and entrepreneurship.
Our table welcomed attendees to learn about our initiatives, explore our wellness resources, and experience our signature cultural self-care products designed with women of color in mind.
The energy in the room reminded us why Free 2 Rest exists: to remind every woman that her well-being matters as much as her goals and dreams.
