Tips When Reaching Out
Save evidence
Take screenshots, copy links, and save messages or emails.
Explain the situation in simple terms: who, what, where, and when.
This helps friends, support workers, or authorities understand how to help you.
Remember: You’re Not Alone
Many people go through this and you don’t have to face it by yourself.
There are support groups, hotlines, and online tools available to guide you.
Reach out. Speak up. And remember: the abuse is never your fault.
